The firm operates with integrity, professionalism, and innovation, helping individuals, families, and businesses to achieve their financial goals while navigating complex market environments. Recognized for its client-centered approach and community involvement, HORAN Wealth consistently aims to strengthen its brand presence and foster meaningful relationships within the communities it serves.
The Marketing & Events Manager at HORAN Wealth plays a pivotal role in shaping the firm's public image and client engagement strategies. This full-time, exempt position encompasses the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of all firm-sponsored events and marketing efforts. Serving as the face of HORAN Wealth in client and community interactions, the Marketing & Events Manager ensures that every event and marketing initiative aligns with the company’s values and enhances the customer experience. The role is integral to advancing brand awareness, supporting business development activities, and maintaining cohesive communication across various marketing channels.
This position demands a dynamic individual capable of managing a diverse range of responsibilities including developing integrated event programs, crafting targeted messaging, and overseeing all aspects of event logistics. From large corporate conferences to intimate client seminars, the Marketing & Events Manager coordinates all stages of event management – from conceptualization to post-event analysis – to maximize impact and return on investment. Collaboration with firm leadership, sales, service teams, and external partners is essential to synchronize the firm’s marketing initiatives with its strategic goals.
Additionally, the Marketing & Events Manager is responsible for vendor negotiations, securing venues, managing sponsorships, and ensuring seamless execution of events. This role also involves leveraging marketing tools such as email campaigns, social media, and digital registration platforms to engage audiences effectively. The ideal candidate exhibits strong creativity, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining exacting standards. Expertise in graphic design and marketing software provides cost efficiencies and elevates the quality of marketing materials.
Overall, this role is designed for a proactive professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering exemplary marketing and event experiences that reinforce HORAN Wealth’s market leadership and community engagement efforts. It offers an excellent opportunity to contribute significantly to the firm’s growth while working in a dynamic, supportive, and mission-driven organization.
