The role of Marketing & Events Coordinator at Peak Trust Company is a full-time, in-office position located in Anchorage, Alaska, within the Marketing department. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the company’s marketing initiatives, business development efforts, and event strategy. The Marketing & Events Coordinator is responsible for coordinating conferences, client events, sponsorships, marketing campaigns, and managing day-to-day marketing operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional who excels at managing logistical details, coordinating with vendors and internal teams, and ensuring the smooth execution of projects from conception to completion. The Marketing & Events Coordinator contributes significantly to enhancing the company’s brand presence and client engagement by managing various marketing and event activities efficiently.

In this role, the coordinator will handle conference and event logistics, including managing registrations, travel arrangements, event materials, vendor coordination, and adherence to event timelines. Additionally, the coordinator supports client events, educational programs, and business development activities by preparing marketing collateral, promotional materials, and branded merchandise. The position also involves assisting with marketing campaigns, including content distribution and project coordination, maintaining marketing calendars and tracking tools, and supporting CRM data management and event-related reporting. By coordinating with internal teams and external partners, the coordinator ensures that marketing initiatives are executed professionally and consistently.

Success in this position is measured by the professional and efficient execution of events and conferences, timely organization and delivery of marketing projects, proactive management of vendor relationships and event logistics, and accurate delivery of marketing materials and campaigns. The coordinator also plays a key role in keeping internal stakeholders informed, supported, and prepared for marketing and business development activities, while representing Peak Trust Company’s brand professionally across all events and marketing efforts. Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, marketing, project coordination, hospitality, or a related field
  • strong organizational and project management skills
  • ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
  • experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
  • experience with CRM systems, event platforms, or marketing tools preferred
