Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 3+ years of event planning and management experience
  • Experience with Cvent or similar event management platform required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, primarily within Texas
  • Proficiency in coordinating multiple stakeholders and vendors
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of event planning and management experience
  • Experience with Cvent or other event management platforms
  • Knowledge of HubSpot or other marketing automation systems is a plus
  • Experience creating and editing graphics using tools like Canva is a plus
  • Project coordination experience with tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Trello is desirable

Job Duties

  • Support the execution of events and sponsorship project plans including coordination of logistics, sourcing, set-up, facilitation, and breakdown
  • Project manage deliverables throughout their lifecycle ensuring flawless execution and elevated attendee experience
  • Source vendors and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet event and content needs on budget and on time
  • Work with marketing and growth teams to promote events via social media, email campaigns, and company website
  • Assist with content ideation, writing, interviewing, developing, and scheduling for social media channels
  • Track event attendance, content performance, and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Generate post-event satisfaction surveys and post-mortem meetings for feedback and improvements
  • Conduct administrative duties such as event spend tracking and project management reconciliation
