Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, event management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of event planning or marketing experience (corporate/B2B preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with event management software preferred
  • Ability to work outdoors and assist with hands-on event setup

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of event planning or marketing experience (corporate/B2B preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Event management software experience a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with some travel required
  • Comfortable working outdoors and assisting with hands-on event setup

Job Duties

  • Plan and manage events, trade shows, and sponsorship activations across all business divisions
  • Oversee ticket allocation and guest management for major sponsorships
  • Support internal ticket processes including giveaways, departmental allocations, and suite guest lists
  • Provide on-site support including setup, hosting, guest experience, and troubleshooting
  • Partner with Sales, Business Development, and Communications teams to ensure events generate leads and strengthen relationships
  • Develop timelines, assign responsibilities, and track event progress
  • Prepare cost estimates, monitor expenses, and manage budgets
  • Deliver post-event reports highlighting results, follow-up, and improvements
  • Manage vendor relationships and secure competitive pricing
  • Coordinate logistics including hotel reservations, offsite dinners, shipping, and schedules
  • Maintain organized storage of event displays and promotional materials
  • Design and set up branded booths, suites, and displays
  • Ensure Mustang Cat's brand is consistently represented in every event experience
