Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in luxury hospitality or retail
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational abilities
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds
- ability to stand, sit, and walk for up to 8 hours
- union experience a plus
Job Qualifications
- minimum one year experience in a luxury hotel or three years in luxury retail
- proficiency in MS Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- experience with DELPHI, OPERA, Social Tables, and Cvent preferred
- strong organizational and communication skills
- passion for customer service and attention to detail
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- second language proficiency preferred, French highly desirable
Job Duties
- support marketing initiatives including media coordination and influencer vetting
- manage photoshoots with agency partners
- coordinate VIP details and communication
- service events and high-profile group bookings
- prepare banquet event orders and manage vendor relations
- maintain and update DELPHI CRM accounts and function diary
- review banquet checks and final billing for accuracy
