Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in luxury hospitality or retail
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • strong organizational abilities
  • ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • capacity to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds
  • ability to stand, sit, and walk for up to 8 hours
  • union experience a plus

Job Qualifications

  • minimum one year experience in a luxury hotel or three years in luxury retail
  • proficiency in MS Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • experience with DELPHI, OPERA, Social Tables, and Cvent preferred
  • strong organizational and communication skills
  • passion for customer service and attention to detail
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • second language proficiency preferred, French highly desirable

Job Duties

  • support marketing initiatives including media coordination and influencer vetting
  • manage photoshoots with agency partners
  • coordinate VIP details and communication
  • service events and high-profile group bookings
  • prepare banquet event orders and manage vendor relations
  • maintain and update DELPHI CRM accounts and function diary
  • review banquet checks and final billing for accuracy
