Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • proven experience planning and coordinating events
  • background in fundraising or donor engagement preferred
  • familiarity with digital marketing and donor databases
  • excellent communication and writing skills
  • strong organization and attention to detail
  • confident working independently and with teams
  • comfortable managing multiple projects at once
  • proficient in Google Suite and database management

Job Duties

  • Plan and coordinate fundraising and marketing events throughout the year
  • support volunteer committees and event planning meetings including scheduling, agendas, and follow-ups
  • partner with PR and Marketing to promote events through flyers, advertising, and digital outreach
  • help manage the donor database (Raiser’s Edge) and keep records accurate and updated
  • develop event budgets and track spending with input from the Marketing Analyst
  • research venues, book vendors, and handle all event logistics including onsite support
  • work with Resident Ambassadors and marketing volunteers to enhance engagement
