Job Description

EnergiSystems is a dynamic and rapidly growing energy company headquartered in Billings, Montana. Known for its commitment to innovation and excellence in the energy sector, EnergiSystems specializes in providing cutting-edge energy solutions that power communities and industries. As a company dedicated to sustainable growth and community engagement, EnergiSystems fosters a collaborative environment where employees are encouraged to develop their skills and contribute to meaningful projects. The company places strong emphasis on employee well-being and offers comprehensive benefits that support both professional and personal growth.

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator role at EnergiSystems presents an exciting opportunity for individuals at the early stages of their marketing careers. This full-time, on-site position is designed for someone passionate about learning and eager to gain hands-on experience across a variety of marketing areas including events, recruitment marketing, branding, and community engagement. Unlike many typical digital marketing roles, this position is highly interactive and people-focused, requiring regular travel to community events, career fairs, job sites, and company functions.

In this role, you will be the face of EnergiSystems in the community, actively engaging with potential candidates and community members. You will play a vital role in setting up and managing event displays, capturing compelling photos and videos on job sites to promote the company brand, and assisting with social media and website content updates. The position offers a unique blend of strategic marketing responsibilities alongside practical, event-based activities, providing a well-rounded experience that is ideal for someone looking to build a broad marketing portfolio.

EnergiSystems values creativity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to grow, making this an excellent fit for individuals looking to move beyond traditional desk jobs. The company provides mentorship opportunities and supports ongoing development, ensuring that you will have the tools and guidance necessary to thrive in your marketing career. Being physically active and community-oriented is a key aspect of this role, as you will be involved in setting up exhibits, participating in community outreach, and strengthening the company’s employer brand through direct engagement.

This position is based in Billings and requires a strong commitment to being present in the field. If you enjoy working with people, have a flair for event coordination, and are looking to contribute to an energetic and forward-thinking company, EnergiSystems offers a supportive and enriching environment to launch your marketing career.
