Job Duties

  • Call leads and warm transfer calls to Sales Executives to generate additional volume and or package sales
  • Take inbound calls from campaigns and determine where lead should be directed
  • Maintain an upbeat, positive demeanor especially when interacting with Hilton guests, coworkers, supervisors, and managers
  • Maintain individual sales and marketing goals for performance
  • Ensure guest meets minimum eligibility requirements to tour sales center
  • Distribute only HGV authorized information and ensures that information is accurate
