Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to engage effectively with local businesses and community organizations
Reliable transportation to attend community events
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Strong organizational and planning skills

Job Duties

Drive top-line sales and profitability by planning and executing weekly community engagement events
Participate in local Chamber of Commerce and community meetings to build genuine connections
Engage frequently with local businesses to set up new orders and accounts
Discover, coordinate, and manage participation in local events aligned with brand values
Coordinate fundraising programs and the Books & Bundts program with schools and community groups
Communicate upcoming events, orders, and fundraising activities with bakery teams
