They will work closely with the Transportation Manager and Director of General Operations to minimize operating expenses and optimize routing strategies.

In addition to operational leadership, this role includes responsibilities such as accident investigation, implementing safety procedures, building and maintaining customer relationships, and mentoring employees to foster a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a high level of organization, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving logistics environment.

FreshOne values continuous improvement and autonomy, guiding new team leaders through a structured process to achieve full independence within 60 to 180 days. Success in this role is measured by key performance indicators including a target of 98% on-time deliveries, 98% temperature compliance, and 97% perfect deliveries.
