Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Work Permit
- Washington State Food Handlers certification - must obtain within 14 days of start date
- Hepatitis A Vaccination
- Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification - must obtain within first 60 days of start date
- available and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
- three months related experience and/or training helpful or equivalent combination of education and experience

- ability to handle cash and give proper change
- excellent guest relations and guest service skills
- skill in identifying and resolving problems under pressure
- ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- ability to learn and retain information quickly
- good verbal communication
- ability to work well in a team environment
- basic to intermediate computer literacy a plus
- ability to follow directions in a fast-paced environment
- ability to manage time effectively

Job Duties
- Develops enthusiastically satisfied guests all of the time
- provides quality beverages consistently for all guests
- prepares beverages to standards
- follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areas
- correctly performs all necessary paperwork and bookwork at shifts end
- available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels
- straighten and organize inventory
- perform cleaning, set-up and breakdown duties during opening, shift change and closing
- ensure return merchandise is restocked correctly and damaged merchandise is labeled and placed properly
- execute efficient handling of merchandise including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment
- proactively resolve guest concerns with guest satisfaction in mind
- ensure inventory control and protection of organizational assets
- promote sales and upgrading of items
- assists with training of new team members
- aware of all promotions and events in Casino
- maintain organization of all Retail spaces
- maintain a consistent, regular good attendance record
- may serve as a panelist for Internal Review Hearings
