Job Requirements

5+ years or more multi-unit level experience, Director of Operations, or Vice President
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to problem solve and handle stress in a high-volume environment
Willingness to make an initial monetary deposit and enter into an employment agreement with Bubba's 33

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven track record in restaurant management
Strong financial knowledge to drive business growth
Leadership skills with a focus on project management
Experience in process improvement
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to develop and mentor staff
Experience conducting interviews and recruiting management candidates

Job Duties

Ensure legendary food and service are executed daily in all restaurants
Partner with managing partners to develop annual sales and profit budgets
Conduct weekly conference calls with managing partners
Collaborate with real estate teams to find new restaurant sites
Support development of training programs for new managers
Partner with managing partners to develop managers and key hourly staff consistently
Conduct MPU, SMU, and KMU outings
Interview prospective management candidates
Recruit management candidates for the market
Oversee guest and employee relations issues for the market
Review and approve budgets, expense reports, and pre-opening expenses
Oversee company contests such as Battle of the Bartender
Maintain restaurant culture and live out core values of Passion, Integrity, Partnership, and Fun with Purpose daily
