Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to operate coffee making equipment and POS systems
- capacity to work effectively in a team
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
Job Qualifications
- previous food and beverage experience preferred especially in barista role
- true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
- energetic with excitement for professional growth
- refined verbal and written communication skills
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift pull and push a moderate weight about 25 pounds
- flexible schedule including mornings afternoons evenings weekends and holidays
- food handler's and alcohol service permit required
Job Duties
- assist guests in gourmet café and market
- prepare food and beverage orders
- provide quick and efficient dining options
- assist in cashiering items from the market
- maintain a clean and inviting environment
- ensure guests feel welcomed and valued
- handle room delivery orders and earn additional delivery fees
