This role is a part-time or full-time hourly position with an hourly rate starting at $22.58, with the potential for increases based on tenure, up to $24.05 per hour for colleagues with four or more years of service. In addition to the hourly wage, Market Baristas enjoy additional income through gratuities, tips, and service charges from applicable orders. Those who assist with in-room deliveries also receive an additional $5 per delivery, providing further earning potential.
