As a Market Operations Director, you will be entrusted with the critical responsibility of leading operational excellence for a multi-unit restaurant region that spans multiple cities and numerous locations. This leadership role is key to driving consistent guest satisfaction, upholding rigorous operational standards, and ensuring strong profitability throughout your market. You will work closely with restaurant leadership teams, offering guidance for both day-to-day restaurant operations and longer-term strategic initiatives including partnership on growth plans and talent development. Reporting to the Regional Vice President, your leadership will influence the overall direction of the market, aligning local actions with company-wide goals.

As part of the Operations Leadership Team, you will foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and growth, supporting the broader mission of making great food more accessible. Your areas of responsibility will include mentoring and developing senior leadership teams, managing financial performance through comprehensive P&L oversight, spearheading new restaurant openings, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and labor regulations. You will be a motivational leader and cultural ambassador, embodying and promoting Wonder’s core values and mission across all locations under your supervision.
