Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a commercial kitchen preferred
- ability to follow instructions accurately
- physical ability to perform kitchen duties including lifting and standing for long periods
- excellent time management skills
- strong work ethic
- ability to work flexible hours
- willingness to adhere to sanitation and safety standards

- previous culinary experience preferred
- knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment

Job Duties
- Complies with the club's policies and procedures as established in the employee handbook
- completes all opening and closing side work as assigned and/or scheduled for a given shift
- washes, peels, dices and chops foods according to Executive Chef's requirements
- operates kitchen utensils and/or equipment used for weighing, measuring, mixing, washing, peeling, cutting, grinding, stirring, straining, slicing, assembling and kneading of food products
- maintains high quality standards for production and service
- works productively with little supervision
- cleans and sanitizes work station and equipment
- collaborates with other kitchen staff to ensure food is prepared and ready to serve in an orderly fashion
- consistently follows all sanitation-related requirements, including personal hygiene
- maintains professional behavior and appearance at all times
- completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by Kitchen Supervisor, Executive Sous Chef or Executive Chef
