Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Must be able to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Completion of a background check
- Must have open availability including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight (about 25lb)
- Must have open availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- AZ Food Handlers License preferred
Job Duties
- Provide service in the resort marketplace including fulfilling guest orders for food, beverage, and retail purchases
- Prepare food and espresso beverages according to menu standards
- Maintain a welcoming and clean environment for guests
- Stock front and back of house areas with product
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Deliver high levels of personalized customer service
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support marketplace operations
