Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 5:00 a.m. or 7:00 a.m.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and meet health standards
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Pass a completed background check
Job Qualifications
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Refined verbal communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift, push, and pull a moderate amount of weight (about 25lb)
- Must have open availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays
- AZ Food Handlers License preferred
Job Duties
- Provide service in the marketplace at the resort
- Fulfill guest orders including food, beverage, and retail purchases
- Prepare food and espresso beverages in accordance with menu standards
- Maintain a welcoming and clean environment for guests
- Stock front and back of house areas with product
- Uphold cleanliness standards
- Provide a high level of customer service
