Whether serving hotel guests or regular locals, your focus on attentiveness and customer satisfaction will be key to your success in this role.

Hyatt offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees both professionally and personally. These benefits include free room nights, discounted and friends and family room rates, medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with company match, as well as paid vacation, sick days, and new child leave. Additional perks include paid family bonding time and adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, discounted colleague meals during shifts, an employee stock purchase plan, and discounts at various popular retailers such as Apple, AT&T, Verizon, and Headspace.
