Job Requirements

  • Relevant experience in event coordination marketing or communications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or a related field is a plus but not required
  • 2+ years of marketing and or event coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional judgment and strong communication skills
  • Comfortable with technology and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Adobe Creative Suite and social media marketing tools

Job Duties

  • Own the planning and execution of domestic trade shows from research to post-event reporting
  • Coordinate with vendors service providers and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Partner with design operations and creative teams to bring booth concepts to life and organize product sample needs
  • Manage exhibition inventory and proactively source supplies to stay show-ready
  • Oversee logistics such as accommodations shipping material handling and on-site setup tear-down comfortable rolling up your sleeves or coordinating contractors as needed to ensure a flawless booth build
  • Serve as the primary contact with trade show organizers ensuring compliance with rules and deadlines
  • Drive pre-show marketing campaigns through web email and social media to boost attendance and engagement
  • Collect feedback track results and prepare post-show reports to measure success and identify improvements
  • Travel and represent the TiMOTION at industry trade shows
