As a company committed to sustainability, Novolex embraces a sustainable vision focused on three core pillars: its products, operations, and people. This commitment is fundamental to driving growth and ensuring a responsible future through a wide range of sustainability initiatives throughout the organization.
The Production Scheduler role at Novolex is based in Vancouver, WA, and offers a competitive starting pay rate of $31.50 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience, with an 8-hour shift Monday through Friday. The Production Scheduler plays a critical part in maintaining and continuously improving the production schedule to ensure efficient manufacturing of finished goods. This planning enables the company to service both internal and external customers effectively while managing resources strategically to meet production demands. The scheduler must provide clear, accurate, and timely communication with all levels of the Supply Chain Team. Key responsibilities include calculating labor, material, and manufacturing cost requirements using MRP/MPS systems; compiling production and inventory reports; adjusting schedules to address changes in design, workforce, or supply chain interruptions; and supporting continuous improvement initiatives through data monitoring. Furthermore, the role requires leading safety and quality meetings, managing inventory records, and utilizing ERP systems like PRMS or SAP to support material purchases and production planning. The Production Scheduler will play a vital role in ensuring that inventory levels meet production needs and that purchase orders are maintained to support smooth operations.

The company emphasizes offering comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with various well-being resources covering mental, physical, and financial health. Novolex also fosters community engagement through its Focused Giving Program, supporting sustainable and hunger-related initiatives.
