- food manufacturing experience (1 to 2 years)
- strong math skills
- basic computer skills
- ability to speak, read, and write english (spanish is a plus)
- problem-solving skills
- ability to operate machinery and equipment
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds

- knowledge of good manufacturing practices

Job Duties
- produce dough free from contamination in compliance with quality standards
- complete production documentation according to company policies
- attend and complete company-sponsored training
- ensure good manufacturing practices before and during production
- prioritize safety and report unsafe conditions
- inspect equipment before mixing to ensure proper function and cleanliness
- procure product specifications and formulas according to schedule
- request necessary ingredients for required product quantity
- inspect raw materials for quality and report deviations
- operate equipment according to standard operating procedures
- maintain quality records documentation
- notify supervision of any product specification deviations
- document production changes or issues
- communicate with die cut operator regarding dough performance
- maintain a clean and organized work area
- inform upper management of unresolved problems
