Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including holidays
- No education or prior retail experience required
- Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Must be enthusiastic and excited to provide excellent guest service

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive attitude
- Engage with guests in various sales floor roles including character, character buddy, cashier, selling, and merchandising
- Maintain knowledge of products to effectively assist customers
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily sales goals
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and retail environment demands
- Comply with all company policies including safety, food handling, quality, loss prevention, and emergency procedures
- Support a fun and energetic work atmosphere by smiling and interacting warmly with guests
