Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in cash handling and financial management
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on restaurant environment

Job Qualifications

  • Experience as a manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Strong people skills
  • Knowledge of restaurant health, safety, and labor regulations
  • Ability to prepare paperwork, forms, reports, and schedules
  • Experience with labor scheduling based on business activity
  • Ability to implement corrective actions fairly and consistently
  • Commitment to uphold company policies and standards

Job Duties

  • Oversee and coordinate planning and organizing of restaurant operations
  • Train and lead staff to achieve sales and service objectives
  • Manage employee retention and performance
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through responsive and courteous service
  • Maintain food quality and sanitation standards
  • Control cash and other receipts
  • Make employment and termination recommendations
