The role of Managing Partner at Metro Diner is integral to the continued success and smooth operations of the restaurant. Managing Partners are entrusted with overseeing and coordinating all aspects crucial to achieving company objectives. This leadership role involves planning, organizing, training, and guiding teams to excel in sales, cost management, employee retention, guest service, food quality, sanitation, and cleanliness. Managing Partners serve as the front-line leaders who ensure that every operational standard and guest expectation is met with excellence.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior management experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in cash handling and financial management
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Willingness to work in a hands-on restaurant environment
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a manager in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong people skills
- Knowledge of restaurant health, safety, and labor regulations
- Ability to prepare paperwork, forms, reports, and schedules
- Experience with labor scheduling based on business activity
- Ability to implement corrective actions fairly and consistently
- Commitment to uphold company policies and standards
Job Duties
- Oversee and coordinate planning and organizing of restaurant operations
- Train and lead staff to achieve sales and service objectives
