Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 5 years restaurant or nightclub management experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Basic financial literacy
  • Experience in team building and staff development
  • Ability to manage cost controls and vendor relationships

Job Qualifications

  • Self-motivated leader with proven performance in entertainment, food, and beverage concepts
  • At least 5 years experience in restaurant or nightclub management
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • College degree or coursework in restaurant management preferred
  • Fluent English speaker
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • Ability to draft professional written communication
  • Basic financial report analysis and arithmetic skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Passion for teaching and motivating others
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Drive sales by managing sales building, group sales, and VIP outreach
  • Build teamwork and communication between operations, marketing, promotions, and sales
  • Act as the face of the business during peak revenue periods and special events
  • Maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service, food, beverage, and entertainment
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and develop management and hourly team members
  • Control costs by managing inventory, labor, financial reports, and vendor contracts
  • Ensure safe working conditions and compliance training for all team members
