Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years restaurant or nightclub management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Basic financial literacy
- Experience in team building and staff development
- Ability to manage cost controls and vendor relationships
Job Qualifications
- Self-motivated leader with proven performance in entertainment, food, and beverage concepts
- At least 5 years experience in restaurant or nightclub management
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree or coursework in restaurant management preferred
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent people management and communication skills
- Ability to draft professional written communication
- Basic financial report analysis and arithmetic skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Passion for teaching and motivating others
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Drive sales by managing sales building, group sales, and VIP outreach
- Build teamwork and communication between operations, marketing, promotions, and sales
- Act as the face of the business during peak revenue periods and special events
- Maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service, food, beverage, and entertainment
- Recruit, train, motivate, and develop management and hourly team members
- Control costs by managing inventory, labor, financial reports, and vendor contracts
- Ensure safe working conditions and compliance training for all team members
