The role of Managing Partner at The Sports & Social Club is a dynamic and entrepreneurial position that requires a dedicated leader capable of taking full accountability for driving the business forward. As the Managing Partner, you will be the entrepreneurial leader of your assigned location, responsible for managing the operations, driving sales, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction, building a strong and motivated team, and maintaining tight control over costs. This role is crucial in maintaining the establishment's reputation as the premier sports viewing and socializing venue through personal leadership and hands-on management. Managing Partners are eligible to participate in the Managing Partner Bonus Plan, which rewards performance and commitment.
Your responsibilities include leading sales efforts with a personal touch, fostering collaboration between operations, marketing, promotions, and sales teams to achieve revenue goals. You will be the face of the business, actively involved during peak times like weekend nights, major sports events, and large group occasions, representing the venue professionally within the local community and business partnerships. Ensuring guest satisfaction is paramount, where you will oversee service quality, food and beverage standards, facility maintenance, and uniform and appearance standards. Your leadership extends to building a positive workplace culture by recruiting, training, motivating, and developing team members while handling disciplinary actions as needed.
In addition to people management, cost control is a major focus of this role. You will manage daily operations within company policies, control cost of goods sold, maintain inventory and financial reports, conduct safe audits, and manage vendor contracts including entertainment and service agreements. Accuracy in financial and payroll administrative duties, ensuring security of cash, and maintaining compliance training for a safe working environment are key responsibilities. The ideal candidate brings a self-motivated and accomplished leadership background with at least five years of restaurant or nightclub management experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for team building and guest service excellence.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Drive sales by managing sales building, group sales, and VIP outreach
