Job Description

Our company is a well-established restaurant chain operating at multiple locations east of the 99 freeway, dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences to our customers. As part of our continuous effort to maintain high standards and ensure a seamless dining experience, we are seeking motivated and experienced individuals to join us as Managers, Managers in Training (MIT), and Supervisors across one of our five onsite locations.

This role is pivotal to the success of our restaurant's daily operations and contributes significantly to building an engaged and high-performing team. As a Manager, MIT, or Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant activities, ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the highest level of service and satisfaction. You will lead and develop team members through effective training and mentorship, ensuring that operational procedures, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded. This leadership role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage team performance, resolve any customer concerns promptly, and maintain inventory accuracy. Additionally, your role includes fostering a positive work culture that encourages cooperation, accountability, and continuous improvement, all of which drive the restaurant toward achieving its goals. This onsite position offers a unique opportunity to work hands-on with a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment while gaining invaluable experience in restaurant management and operations.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • availability to work onsite at one of the specified locations
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • basic computer skills
  • strong organizational skills
