The role of Bar Manager, or Bar Boss, at Blo Blow Dry Bar is pivotal to maintaining the high energy and unique atmosphere that makes each location a vibrant place for both guests and staff. Successful candidates will exhibit strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and technical proficiency, including computer literacy with a Mac. Flexibility in scheduling, especially availability on Fridays and Saturdays, is essential, alongside a passion for the hair and beauty industry.
