Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience as a shift leader or trainer, with leadership and team development skills
  • Familiarity with inventory management and labor-scheduling systems
  • Ability to analyze operational data to improve efficiency and guest experience
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Duties

  • Oversee opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures for kitchen, server, and retail stations
  • Maintain food safety standards and brand integrity by conducting line checks and completing HACCP documentation
  • Lead shift huddles and provide real-time feedback to promote a positive team environment and drive productivity
  • Monitor sales, labor, and food costs
  • assist with developing weekly inventory and ordering plans
  • Support on-campus marketing events and foster community partnerships
