Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in international trade, supply chain management or related field
- Minimum of 8 years experience in duty drawback or customs compliance roles
- US Customs Broker's License
- Experience qualifying trade agreements such as USMCA
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Manage Corning's global import and export profile to identify duty drawback and government recovery opportunities
- Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on duty recovery, bonded operations, and requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and evolving regulations related to duty recovery and avoidance
- Collaborate with Legal Counsel to optimize duty spend through HTS, value, or country of origin engineering
- Coordinate with third parties to prepare and submit duty drawback, post submission corrections, or protest claims in compliance with customs regulations
- Track claim status and follow up with customs authorities to ensure timely processing
- Continuously review and improve duty recovery and avoidance processes
