Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or GED
- at least five years of airline experience
- minimum three years of relevant JetBlue or operational leadership experience
- ability to travel overnight occasionally (up to 20%)
- pass a pre-employment drug test
- legal eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship
- willingness to work shift work including 12-hour shifts
- flexible to work staggered days off and respond on short notice
- maintain professional appearance

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED diploma
- five years of airline experience
- three years of JetBlue dispatcher, Air Traffic System Controller, or System Controller experience or three years in an operational leadership role within JetBlue
- bachelor's degree in aviation or related field preferred
- valid FAA Aircraft Dispatch, Airframe & Powerplant, Air Traffic Control Tower Operator or pilot certificate preferred
- project management experience preferred
- proficiency in WIPRO TOPS or similar airline operations platforms preferred
- proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- excellent analytical abilities
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work creatively under pressure in a team environment
Job Duties
- Manage the operational resources of the airline to ensure maximum operational performance
- assess, execute, and communicate operational decisions ensuring safety and quality customer experience
- create, communicate, and execute customer and operational recovery plans during system disruptions
- coordinate cross-departmentally to optimize the daily operation of the airline system
- take a significant role in the development of System Operations crewmembers
- participate in special projects as directed
- perform other duties as assigned
