Renowned for its dedication to innovation, quality, and sustainability, ASML fosters a dynamic work environment that supports the growth and well-being of its employees while maintaining high standards for operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
The Soft Services Manager role at ASML’s San Diego campus is a critical leadership position responsible for overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of soft services, officing, and Activity-Based Working (ABW) operations across multiple buildings within the campus. These soft services include the management of café and food services, break rooms, convenience centers, office supplies, fitness amenities, cleaning and maintenance programs, and event support. The manager ensures that these services promote a safe, sustainable, and user-centric workplace that supports employee productivity, engagement, and overall well-being.
In this role, the Soft Services Manager acts as the principal point of contact for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) soft services contract ownership, overseeing vendor service delivery, performance management, compliance, and financial governance. The position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders including Human Resources, IT, Security, and Manufacturing to seamlessly integrate workplace experience initiatives and maintain service excellence.
The manager also leads the strategic development and operational management of officing and ABW practices, defining standards, policies, and user guidelines to optimize space utilization and support the evolving needs of the workforce. Key responsibilities include managing budgeting processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple areas such as food safety and sanitation, and fostering innovation through technology and process enhancements.
This leadership position demands a strategic and analytical mindset, strong vendor and contract management capabilities, and the ability to cultivate a culture of innovation and customer service within a fast-paced, technology-driven corporate environment. With an annual base salary range of $110,250 to $165,375, ASML offers competitive compensation aligned with role, level, and market data, alongside benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k participation, paid vacation, and holidays.
ASML embraces diversity and inclusion, promoting equal opportunity employment and providing reasonable accommodations to support employees with disabilities. This commitment reflects the company’s core values of respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement, making ASML an employer of choice for professionals seeking a challenging and rewarding career in the high-tech industry.
