The Bomb Bar is actively seeking an energetic and capable Manager to lead its growing team in the lively and dynamic environment of smoothie creation. This role is pivotal in maintaining and elevating the culture and operations of the store. The Manager will oversee critical aspects of store operations including hiring, reviewing, rewarding, and, when necessary, terminating staff, all while using operational tools such as profit and loss statements, cash and deposit logs, scheduling software, and inventory management systems to ensure operational excellence. Maintaining supplier relationships and managing the store’s appearance and cleanliness are also key components of this role, alongside vigilant adherence to food safety guidelines and brand standards. The Manager will regularly analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring continuous improvement. Additionally, the role includes driving the implementation of company programs and developing local store marketing plans that support broader brand initiatives, further enhancing community outreach through marketing and special events.
