Two or more years of management supervisory experience in a fast food restaurant or the retail or hospitality industry

Job Duties

Leading operational excellence by directing efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products to maximize guest satisfaction and ensuring preventive maintenance of restaurant facilities
Motivating and directing team members and restaurant management to exceed guest expectations by delivering hot food within established speed of service guidelines while offering friendly service in clean surroundings
Managing restaurant profit and loss by maintaining inventory and managing labor while ensuring all policies and procedures are followed according to standards
Building team talent through recruiting, selecting, hiring and retention
