Job Requirements
- Five years of management experience in hotel operations
- Three years of experience as a General Manager, Executive Committee Member, or Director in a Full-Service Hotel
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to travel up to 90% of the time

- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Fluency in a foreign language is advantageous
- Food safety certification is beneficial
- Project management skills
- Strong problem resolution and consulting capabilities
Job Duties
- Perform routine quality assurance evaluations
- Address inquiries and communications internally, both verbally and in writing
- Monitor travel expenses against monthly and yearly goals
- Participate in consistency exercises
- Engage in cross-departmental activities to deepen operational knowledge
- Communicate with Quality Auditors, Area Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, Brand teams, Design and Construction, and Human Resources regarding compliance and improvement plans
- Coordinate travel plans and hotel scheduling to meet deadlines
