Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years product management experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in third-party software implementations and integrations
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Experience managing and developing teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-divisional stakeholders
- Comfortable working in complex business and technical domains
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of product management experience including at least 3 years in a people leadership role
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-system third-party software implementations and integrations
- Strong data analysis skills to build business cases and inform strategy
- Experience coaching, developing, and hiring product managers
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate within complex, cross-functional enterprise environments
- Experience in technology, retail, or restaurant sectors preferred
Job Duties
- Define and execute multi-year product strategy for restaurant technology focused on labor management and inventory management system implementation and integration
- Lead complex third-party software integrations managing upstream and downstream enterprise system dependencies
- Build and synthesize data insights from cross-system sources to quantify business impact and support future strategy refinement
- Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing product management team with emphasis on craft, customer focus, and ownership
- Establish and maintain trust with business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
- Own prioritization balancing compliance, cost management, customer experience, and system stability
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure on-time delivery across a partner-heavy landscape
