Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 6 years product management experience with at least 3 years in leadership roles
  • Proven track record in third-party software implementations and integrations
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
  • Experience managing and developing teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-divisional stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in complex business and technical domains

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of product management experience including at least 3 years in a people leadership role
  • Demonstrated success in leading multi-system third-party software implementations and integrations
  • Strong data analysis skills to build business cases and inform strategy
  • Experience coaching, developing, and hiring product managers
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate within complex, cross-functional enterprise environments
  • Experience in technology, retail, or restaurant sectors preferred

Job Duties

  • Define and execute multi-year product strategy for restaurant technology focused on labor management and inventory management system implementation and integration
  • Lead complex third-party software integrations managing upstream and downstream enterprise system dependencies
  • Build and synthesize data insights from cross-system sources to quantify business impact and support future strategy refinement
  • Develop, coach, and manage a high-performing product management team with emphasis on craft, customer focus, and ownership
  • Establish and maintain trust with business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes
  • Own prioritization balancing compliance, cost management, customer experience, and system stability
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure on-time delivery across a partner-heavy landscape
