We are seeking an experienced, proactive Project Manager to lead Olympics and Paralympics sponsorship activations with a strategic focus on maximizing the impact of Deloitte's partnerships for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games. This role offers a unique chance to be part of a world-class team driving Deloitte's brand visibility on one of the most significant global stages. The Project Manager will spearhead the development and execution of end-to-end marketing initiatives, on-site experiences, and engagement plans across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring all elements of the sponsorship are seamlessly integrated and impactful.

Key responsibilities include supporting marketing activations covering digital, print, paid, and social media channels, managing hospitality and client/guest experiences, and overseeing project plans with a keen eye on milestones, risks, and schedule adherence. The role also requires meticulous coordination of meetings, stakeholder communications, compliance and approval workflows, and financial tracking related to sponsorship programs. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in building and maintaining professional relationships, as they will collaborate with internal teams, external agency partners, and rights holders.

This position demands strong leadership capabilities, as the Project Manager will guide projects or workstreams and mentor others while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment. Effective communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential for success, along with the ability to meet deadlines and sustain high-quality work outputs.

The Project Manager role is a full-time position within Deloitte Services LP and anticipates involvement in a multi-year investment related to sports sponsorship and engagement. The expected salary range for this role is $93,000 to $191,000 annually, reflecting consideration of skills, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. Additionally, the successful candidate may be eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program linked to individual and organizational performance. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. This role also requires occasional travel, approximately 10% on average, depending on specific project and client needs.

Ideal candidates will have extensive experience leading cross-functional project management initiatives, particularly within sponsorship activation, hospitality programs, brand campaigns, or large-scale event marketing. Familiarity with Olympic and Paralympic sponsorships or major event operations is highly advantageous. Job Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional project management program management or marketing activation initiatives

  • experience supporting sponsorship activations hospitality programs brand campaigns or large-scale event marketing initiatives
  • experience supporting approval processes involving legal compliance brand or rights-management requirements
  • ability to travel 10% on average based on the work you do and the clients and industries sectors you serve
  • must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
