Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds
- Availability to work Friday and Saturday evenings
- Ability to work weekends
- Must be able to work some holiday hours except Christmas
- Must maintain punctuality and attendance
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures
- Must be able to find a substitute for planned absences
Job Qualifications
- One year customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to lift and move 50 pounds
- Ability to work Friday and Saturday evenings and nights
- Managerial experience
- Additional customer service experience
- Supervisory experience
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle report
Job Duties
- Provide information and assistance to guests and staff including addressing customer concerns and complaints
- Interpret and enforce Community Center rules for patrons
- Write daily event reports and complete event check out forms with patrons
- Complete room set-ups including tables, chairs, technology, etc
- Perform in accordance with appropriate safety and security procedures
- Arrive on time for shift
- Maintain timesheet with accurate number of hours worked
- Find substitute to work shift if a planned absence is necessary
- Other duties and special projects as assigned
