Job Description

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • one year customer service experience
  • at least 18 years of age
  • ability to lift and move 50 pounds
  • ability to work Friday and Saturday evenings or nights
  • must be able to work weekends
  • part-time availability based on business needs and availability
  • willingness to work in fast-paced environments with loud music and crowds
  • able to perform physical duties including prolonged standing and walking
  • valid driver's license

Job Qualifications

  • One year customer service experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 18 years of age
  • ability to lift and move 50 pounds
  • ability to work Friday and Saturday evenings/nights
  • managerial experience
  • additional customer service experience
  • supervisory experience
  • current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle report

Job Duties

  • Provide information and assistance to guests and staff including addressing customer concerns and complaints
  • interpret and enforce Community Center rules for patrons
  • write daily event reports and complete event check out forms with patrons
  • complete room set-ups including tables, chairs, technology, etc.
  • perform in accordance with appropriate safety and security procedures
  • arrive on time for shift
  • maintain timesheet with accurate number of hours worked
  • find substitute to work shift if a planned absence is necessary
  • other duties and special projects as assigned
