Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year customer service experience
- at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift and move 50 pounds
- ability to work Friday and Saturday evenings or nights
- must be able to work weekends
- part-time availability based on business needs and availability
- willingness to work in fast-paced environments with loud music and crowds
- able to perform physical duties including prolonged standing and walking
- valid driver's license
Job Qualifications
- One year customer service experience
- high school diploma or equivalent
- at least 18 years of age
- ability to lift and move 50 pounds
- ability to work Friday and Saturday evenings/nights
- managerial experience
- additional customer service experience
- supervisory experience
- current CPR and First Aid certifications
- valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle report
Job Duties
- Provide information and assistance to guests and staff including addressing customer concerns and complaints
- interpret and enforce Community Center rules for patrons
- write daily event reports and complete event check out forms with patrons
- complete room set-ups including tables, chairs, technology, etc.
- perform in accordance with appropriate safety and security procedures
- arrive on time for shift
- maintain timesheet with accurate number of hours worked
- find substitute to work shift if a planned absence is necessary
- other duties and special projects as assigned
