Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including day, swing, or night
- Basic math skills for financial and cash management
- Knowledge of local and FDA food safety regulations
- Ability to implement and enforce security and safety protocols

Job Duties
- Protect the interest of the operator by maximizing operational excellence, quality, training, marketing and profit procedures during shift
- Ensure the first and last contact with guests is memorable and remarkable
- Set the overall tone and atmosphere of the restaurant during shift
- Coach and develop team members to their full potential
- Observe and validate cashier keystroke errors and inconsistencies in cash and coupon handling
- Oversee opening and closing security and food safety measures
- Use tools such as RQA, ROE, and CEM to measure and improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Support sales growth by implementing customer count and check average best practices
- Collaborate with leadership to execute continuous improvement plans
- Ensure timely completion of financial reports and proper cash management systems
