Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) oversees the operations of Dickies Arena, a premier multipurpose venue located in Fort Worth, Texas. This 14,000-seat arena is situated adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus and is owned by the City of Fort Worth. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old
- 5 or more years of experience in food and beverage operations
- 3 or more years in supervisory or management capacity
- experience in sports or entertainment venues preferred
- experience with multi-restaurant service types preferred
- experience leading large teams preferred
- proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- ability to work extended shifts
- flexibility in schedule
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- English proficiency
- ability to taste and evaluate food and beverage
- physical ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- good communication skills
- ability to handle fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications
- Minimum age of 21 years
- 5+ years experience in food and beverage operations with 3+ years in supervisory or management roles
- experience in sports or entertainment venues preferred
- experience in multi-restaurant service types preferred
- previous experience leading large teams (60+ preferred)
- attention to detail
- keyboarding skills and proficiency with MS Office, POS, online reservation systems, and purchasing technology
- experience with workforce management software preferred
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- strong organizational skills
- ability to work extended shifts
- flexibility with work schedule
- ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- English reading, writing, comprehension, math, and computer skills
- ability to taste and evaluate food and beverages

Job Duties
- Establish and enforce all departmental policies
- create, train, and drive event-based service formats and standards
- partner with culinary team in planning and development of menus
- plan, develop, implement, and execute beverage specials
- partner with venue sponsors and ensure compliance with established partnership elements
- partner with marketing team to develop promotions enhancing guest experience
- ensure food quality in presentation and production
- review sales, costing, labor, and inventory regularly
- build and maintain POS and reservation systems
- assist in hiring, training, staffing, and scheduling staff
- engage with guests for exceptional hospitality
- enforce safe service of alcoholic beverages
- maintain safety, security, and sanitation standards
- mentor and develop supervisors and team members
- manage ordering and inventory
- collaborate with Director of Premium Operations
- work with other departments for consistent communication and operational performance
- perform other duties as assigned
