Job Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • Three to seven years in an operational environment including management or supervisory functions
  • Experience with hiring, firing, discipline, coaching, training, and developing employees
  • Experience reading floor plans and construction drawings
  • Ability to adapt to multiple settings and shifting responsibilities
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and onsite at events

Job Qualifications

  • College degree preferred

  • CAD and Adobe experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and develop all operational aspects of Show-Site operations
  • Understand and work in lateral work streams
  • Lead Accounts (Level Owner, Hall Owner, Event Owner)
  • Fulfill role in Show Planning process as required on assigned shows
  • Manage to provided Key Performance Indicators
  • Adhere to all Business Standard Operating Procedures
  • Exhibit a basic understanding of all lines of business required for production of event or show
  • Develop fully integrated implementation plans for assigned show portfolio to ensure planned labor and show margins are met or exceeded
  • Manage people and assets for all assigned show or assigned area on show to ensure direct costs are at or below plan
  • Ensure proper billing practices and documentation of materials, labor, and equipment for accurate invoicing
  • Review labor calls and staffing plans with Senior Operations Manager to align with budget and service requirements
  • Manage labor and productivity tracking and reporting
  • Ensure documentation of grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Manage compliance with OSHA, DOT, and Safety Requirements
  • Understand Management Rights and manage to Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • Perform other duties as assigned
