The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge is a leadership position crucial to maintaining the resort's high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and overall guest readiness. This position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $70,304 to $88,400 annually, complemented by an annual bonus plan based on company, individual, and role performance, with additional uncapped sales incentives. - Must be at least 21 years of age
- At least five years of experience managing a team
- Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents
- Knowledge of how to use Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents
- No degree required
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of housekeepers including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation
- Maintain an inventory of supplies, order and distribute supplies and equipment
- Ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed
- Monitor and control expenses and payroll while ensuring proper resources are in place
- Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed
- Ability to drive company vehicles throughout the property
