The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge is a dynamic and integral position, responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping department to ensure that the entire resort remains clean, sanitized, and prepared to deliver an outstanding guest experience. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $70,304 to $88,400 per year, with additional compensation available through an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan related to the role. Candidates will find a fast-paced work environment conducive to professional growth, with relocation assistance and temporary housing provided to facilitate the transition. The Executive Housekeeper will supervise a team of housekeepers, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the property. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ordering and distributing supplies, completing reports and projects, monitoring expenses and payroll, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards. The role also involves driving company vehicles around the property as needed.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- At least five years of experience managing a team
- Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, washers, tools, fixtures, and cleaning solvents
- Knowledge of how to use Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning solvents
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- No degree required

Job Duties
- Lead and manage a team of housekeepers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management and evaluation
- Maintain an inventory of supplies
- order and distribute supplies and equipment
- Ensure that all reports, orders, and projects are completed
- Monitor and control expenses and payroll, while ensuring proper resources are in place
- Conduct housekeeping inspections and take corrective action as needed
- Ability to drive company vehicles throughout the property
