The Executive Housekeeper role at Tenaya Lodge is a dynamic and integral position, responsible for leading and managing the housekeeping department to ensure that the entire resort remains clean, sanitized, and prepared to deliver an outstanding guest experience. This full-time position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $70,304 to $88,400 per year, with additional compensation available through an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or an uncapped sales incentive plan related to the role. The Executive Housekeeper will supervise a team of housekeepers, overseeing hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the property. Responsibilities include managing inventory, ordering and distributing supplies, completing reports and projects, monitoring expenses and payroll, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards. The role also involves driving company vehicles around the property as needed.
