This role collaborates closely with the Director of Game Presentation to plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of pre-game, in-game, and post-game content, including music, videos, statistics, graphics, and live interactions. The Manager ensures that the entertainment and production elements deliver an engaging and seamless presentation for fans while meeting NFL standards and sponsor obligations.

In this capacity, the Manager acts as the in-game director for all videoboard productions during home games, working alongside multiple departments to enhance fan engagement, uphold traditions, and maintain operational effectiveness. Technical proficiency with tools like Ross Xpression, Ross Tessera, and EVS systems is essential, alongside collaboration with broadcast engineering teams to optimize event workflows. The role includes troubleshooting and supporting content delivery in high-pressure game situations, requiring flexibility, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

With a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, the position offers an opportunity to be part of a leading sports franchise during an exciting growth phase.
