Job Description
The Buffalo Bills, founded in 1959, are among the most celebrated franchises in the National Football League (NFL). With a rich history that includes two American Football League Championships in 1964 and 1965, and an extraordinary record of four consecutive AFC Championships from 1990 to 1993 leading to four Super Bowl appearances, the Bills have become a cornerstone of American football culture. Based in Orchard Park, New York, the organization has been an integral part of the Western New York community for over 55 years, forging strong ties through sports excellence and community engagement. The Bills are currently owned by Terry and Kim Pegula, who acquired the team in 2014, becoming only the second ownership group in the franchise's history. The Pegulas are noted for their leadership in professional sports, owning multiple sports franchises including the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and other teams. This stewardship underscores the Bills' commitment to excellence and growth in both sports and business.
The Buffalo Bills are on the cusp of a new era with a state-of-the-art stadium set to open in 2026, reinforcing their commitment to providing an exceptional fan experience and cultivating a championship culture. The organization operates under core values symbolized by the acronym HEART: Hard work, Energy, Accountability, Respect, and Team, which guide all interactions and initiatives with fans, employees, and community partners.
The position of Manager of Game Presentation plays a pivotal role in the gameday experience by directing videoboard production at Highmark Stadium and related events on the Bills campus. This role collaborates closely with the Director of Game Presentation to plan, execute, and oversee all aspects of pre-game, in-game, and post-game content, including music, videos, statistics, graphics, and live interactions. The Manager ensures that the entertainment and production elements deliver an engaging and seamless presentation for fans while meeting NFL standards and sponsor obligations.
In this capacity, the Manager acts as the in-game director for all videoboard productions during home games, working alongside multiple departments to enhance fan engagement, uphold traditions, and maintain operational effectiveness. Technical proficiency with tools like Ross Xpression, Ross Tessera, and EVS systems is essential, alongside collaboration with broadcast engineering teams to optimize event workflows. The role includes troubleshooting and supporting content delivery in high-pressure game situations, requiring flexibility, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
With a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, the position offers an opportunity to be part of a leading sports franchise during an exciting growth phase. The role's physical demands include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work extended shifts involving standing and walking in various weather conditions. The Buffalo Bills provide a comprehensive benefit package, supporting employees' professional growth and well-being within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
