Job Requirements
- Must successfully pass a criminal background check

- able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- experience within facility coordination is desirable
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of facility industry experience
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred

Job Duties
- Serve as the client\'s main point of contact for all assigned facility events
- collaborate with client regarding all event needs and requests including food and beverage, designated spaces and functions, ancillary and vendor services, affiliates, exhibitors, and related billing
- develop and distribute internal documents such as staffing, cost estimates, event work orders, information sheets and post event reports
- develop meeting agendas with clients or vendors
- research, review, and recommend equipment, materials, and supplies required for event planning
- coordinate outside service needs with contractors and vendors
- coordinate with marketing department on front of house marketing and social media initiatives
- conduct facility inspections to ensure readiness and compliance
- supervise all staffing for assigned events
- assist with special front-of-house arrangements
- make immediate decisions in emergencies
- prepare reports and correspondence related to post event discussions
- develop institutional knowledge of facilities and ASM policies
- serve as primary facilitator for external communications including website inquiries, emails, calls and voicemail
- assist with social media account monitoring
- organize and maintain facility photography database
- assist in preparing departmental budget and estimated revenues
- maintain proper image and generate positive public relations
- manage and complete event or facility-related projects
- perform all other duties as assigned
