Job Requirements
- 4-year degree/bachelor's degree
- minimum three years of previous experience in event management
- detail oriented with strong organizational skills
- ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent tasks within established deadlines
- excellent problem-solving, analytical, and written communication skills
- computer proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- ability to work with diverse internal and external constituents
- availability to work extended evening and weekend hours

Job Duties
- Manage logistics of all development events including major annual fundraisers
- coordinate with frontline fundraising and multiple internal departments
- oversee vendor relations including catering and audiovisual services
- manage scheduling and timeline of concurrent events
- ensure compliance with museum policies and procedures
- handle budget tracking and resource allocation
- foster communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders
