Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of progressive experience in marketing, account management and/or partnerships
  • 1-2 years of managing a team across locations
  • Bachelor’s or university degree, Master’s degree preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and marketing projects, production schedules and promotional events while meeting deadlines
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills with multitasking ability
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, sense of urgency and results-oriented approach
  • Good attention to detail for copy proofing and editing
  • Exceptional presentation and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional writing and copy-editing skills
  • Advanced skill using Excel for data manipulation and analysis
  • Understanding or interest in learning HTML coding
  • Ability to work collaboratively with departments, partners and staff
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and trainers
  • Strong corporate vendor development and relationship building skills
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
  • Knowledge of airline and credit card marketing and frequent flyer program rules preferred

Job Duties

  • Travel to Frontier Airlines bases and airport locations to conduct training sessions with flight attendants and staff, enhancing understanding of the co-brand credit card and its benefits, and equipping them to promote the card to customers
  • Oversee the implementation of the field marketing strategy to support co-brand credit cards across various channels including airport activations, in-flight messaging, airport signage, digital, social media, and in-flight promotions
  • Build a strong understanding of Frontier Airlines’ customers and the competitive landscape to develop key initiatives that drive long-term growth of the co-brand program
  • Drive excellence in campaign management by developing implementation guidelines, creating marketing best practices, and maintaining an archival system for co-brand creative, analytics, and research
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance ensuring proper controls for accurate results and presenting recommendations to optimize future campaigns
  • Create comprehensive training documents to support the credit card’s inflight acquisition channel including training new inflight staff and recurrent sessions
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the card issuer, marketing agencies, and other partners, aligning interests and fostering collaboration on all program components
  • Lead and develop a strong team of coordinators supporting growth of co-brand products and delivery of insights
  • Collaborate with the Customer Intelligence team to recommend and implement co-brand marketing strategies across existing and emerging channels
  • Work closely with the Marketing Operations team to design promotions enhancing customer loyalty and reinforcing the Frontier Airlines value proposition
  • Develop and facilitate internal communications and incentives to increase employee awareness of the co-branded credit card including acquisition incentives for call center and inflight promotions
  • Maintain a program project list to execute and track marketing projects, campaigns and events ensuring support for forecasts and goals
  • Design comprehensive creative briefs guiding development and execution of marketing assets across channels and vendors
  • Own and manage the co-brand credit card acquisition and portfolio marketing campaign calendar integrating initiatives into broader Frontier marketing strategy and timeline
  • Assist with other Loyalty Marketing initiatives as needed
