Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage or retail operations preferred
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee daily coffee shop operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and product quality
- Monitor and maintain food and beverage standards, presentation, and consistency
- Manage inventory, establish par levels, and approve purchasing of supplies and equipment
- Control expenses and operate within approved budget guidelines
- Support team members during service to ensure efficient and seamless operations
- Ensure all equipment and materials are maintained in proper working condition
- Maintain compliance with applicable coffee shop brand standards, company, and health department standards
- Prepare accurate reports and track performance metrics
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates to build a high-performing team
- Create schedules and manage daily workflow to meet operational needs
- Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback
- Conduct performance evaluations and support associate development
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly meetings to communicate goals and expectations
- Promote a positive work environment through recognition and team engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, and operational procedures
