Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • AOP approval
  • completion of Certified Manager Program (CMP) including ServSafe
  • ServSafe certification or ability to pass
  • background check clearance
  • prior experience in team leadership roles
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work flexible shifts
  • commitment to company values

Job Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Panera bakery-cafe for at least 90 days
  • certified in all positions on either service or production track
  • proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and train others in a fast-paced environment
  • strong commitment to food safety and health safety
  • completion of Certified Manager Program (CMP) including ServSafe
  • ability to pass background check
