Panera’s Team Lead - Manager in Charge plays a pivotal role in the daily success of each bakery-cafe location. Coaching and motivating team members to not only meet but exceed store expectations is a fundamental part of the role. This includes providing regular training, constructive feedback, celebrating both individual and team achievements, and fostering a fun yet professional workplace environment.

The successful candidate will have at least 90 days of experience working within a Panera bakery-cafe and be certified across all positions in either a service or production track. This ensures they possess comprehensive knowledge and skills to guide the team effectively. Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • AOP approval
  • completion of Certified Manager Program (CMP) including ServSafe
  • ServSafe certification or ability to pass
  • background check clearance
  • prior experience in team leadership roles

Job Qualifications
