Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- AOP approval
- completion of Certified Manager Program (CMP) including ServSafe
- ServSafe certification or ability to pass
- background check clearance
- prior experience in team leadership roles
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts
- commitment to company values
Job Qualifications
- Experience working in a Panera bakery-cafe for at least 90 days
- certified in all positions on either service or production track
- proven ability to direct, motivate, coach, and train others in a fast-paced environment
- strong commitment to food safety and health safety
- completion of Certified Manager Program (CMP) including ServSafe
- ability to pass background check
