We are currently seeking a dedicated Manager in Training (MIT) to join our dynamic team. This full-time, salaried position is based in either Raleigh, NC or Greenville, SC and offers an accelerated hotel operations program designed to prepare individuals for leadership roles within hotel management. The MIT program involves a rotational schedule through various departments, including guest services, housekeeping, accounting, food and beverage, human resources, sales, and revenue management. This structure provides a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations, offering hands-on experience and exposure to the multifaceted aspects of hotel management.

As a Manager in Training, you will engage directly with General Managers and departmental leaders, gaining valuable mentorship and the opportunity to develop leadership skills through practical work and shadowing experiences. The program also includes participation in hotel openings and involvement in pre-opening teams, providing insight into the complexities and excitement of launching new hotel properties.
